As of March 3rd, 2025, Osoyoos Credit Union (OCU) will be open Monday to Friday, from 9:30am – 5:00pm, and closed on Saturdays (originally open 9:30am–2:30pm). Saturday, March 1st will be our last open Saturday.
This change comes in response to an increased demand for services at the start of the week and a careful review of branch traffic patterns. Tracking evidence from branch traffic showed that Saturdays were underutilized, while weekday services continue to grow in importance. Additionally, we’ve seen a huge need for businesses and individuals to access support earlier in the week.
By expanding to five full days of service, we’re working to enhance your access to our team during the times you need it most.
We value our members, and your experience is important to us. Our goal is to provide you with better, more consistent service. Whether it’s the convenience of visiting in person or using our 24/7 digital services such as ATMs, our App, and Online Banking, we’re here to support you when it matters most.
