When it comes to your business, we are here to help

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, I want you to know that OCU is doing everything we can to support you through this difficult time. I can assure you that we are taking added precautions to keep our members and employees safe. This is our number one priority.

When it comes to your business, we are here to help. We recommend using alternative methods of banking to reduce branch traffic and focus on social distancing. We are available by phone, web conference and email. If these methods do not meet your needs, please communicate with us to find the best alternative.

We also understand the stress and financial impact this can have on your business, personal finances and employees. We have been working tirelessly to come up with a plan to further assist you and are committed to providing the best financial advice, as well as come up with creative solutions so we can fight through this as a community. As a first step, we will be waiving all monthly service charges for the months of March and April. It is our way to let you know that your business matters and is important to us and the community. Additionally, we have developed a program for you and your staff to take advantage that would allow you to reduce or even defer your loan and mortgage payments should you need. Finally, we have also developed a program to provide access to short term operating funds to support the ongoing business activities during times of possible reduced revenues. If you find yourself in any of these situations and require further assistance, please reach out to us so we can better understand the need and come up with a creative solution for you.

In times like this, a community approach is a requirement to best fight through this tough time. Osoyoos Credit Union is committed to generously supporting those in need.

We will keep providing updates as they come available.
