A Selection Committee consisting of up to four volunteer credit union employees will be established in each province in which grants will be made. Committee membership is voluntary and changes on a yearly basis. A new committee is struck each year, with applications being reviewed weekly or as needed. One provincial Account Executive will provide support to the Committee as required.
Each committee will evaluate applicants from their province against a set list of criteria. See Evaluation Tool document.
All recipients will be informed of their status via email by the program administrator once the Selection Committee has made its decision. The Account Executive and credit union key contact will be copied on communications to the winners.
